This piece is titled: 'Blue Currents'. It is an exploration of the movement of water, colour, patterns and reflections, as it passes by the landscape, and the interplay between both water and the land in this area. It seems impossible to imagine one without the other.

Ben Waters
bensartworldBen Waters lives in Avalon Beach. He is a painter and is represented by Michael Reid Northern Beaches Gallery. He paints landscapes inspired by Pittwater and the Northern Beaches, focusing on observation, memory and imagination. He paints predominantly in Acrylic on board. He was recently a finalist in the Northern Beaches Environmental Art and Design Prize at Manly Regional Gallery.
